Four professors and a national faculty group asked a federal judge Monday to block the Texas A&M University System’s restrictions on teaching about race, gender and sexuality.
One person was killed Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 and County Road 130 in Garza County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
