Long John Silver’s Plans $1.4M San Angelo Restaurant

SAN ANGELO, TX — A new Long John Silver’s restaurant is planned for North Bryant Boulevard in San Angelo, with construction of the project set to begin in January, according to a state filing.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation registered the project Monday as a 2,247-square-foot, ground-up building at 2758 N. Bryant Blvd. Work is scheduled to start Jan. 11, 2027, and finish by May 10, 2027.

The filing lists the estimated cost at $1.4 million and describes the scope as construction of a new Long John Silver’s.

The project is privately funded on private land for private use. The registered owner is VRE San Angelo Valvoline LLC of Grapevine. No tenant is assigned in the filing, and the form states that private funds are not being provided by a tenant.

Franz Architects of Benbrook is the design firm.

Long John Silver's currently has one location in San Angelo at 3121 Sherwood Way.
