Road Construction to Restrict Lanes on Edmund Boulevard in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX — Roadway construction on Edmund Boulevard and West 29th Street will begin Monday and continue through mid-February, the city announced Friday.

The work will affect the section between Howard Street and the North Concho River bridge. Two-way traffic will be maintained with one lane open in each direction.

Motorists should expect heavy delays in the school zone between North Van Buren Street and Louise Drive during school drop-off and pick-up hours. Drivers are urged to exercise caution, reduce speed, and use alternate routes when possible.

Why don't they finish other projects first before beginning another. The Old Christoval Road comes to mind. Get that intersection finished for heavens sake.
