New Cottonwood Street Section Closes Today For Sewer Work

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Cottonwood Street from Pecos Street to Rio Grande Street and Harris Avenue from the Pecos Street bridge to N. Park Street will close Monday, Aug. 17, through Wednesday, Aug. 26, for sewer improvement work, city officials stated. 

Detour signs will be posted, and residential, business, and school access will be maintained throughout the closure. 

A map provided with the announcement, which is pictured below, marks the affected segments with estimated reopenings of Sept. 4 for part of Cottonwood Street between the Pecos and Rio Grande Streets, tentatively by the end of August for the Pecos Street section, and TBA from Cottonwood Street to Caddo Street.
