SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo Elks Lodge #1880 will be serving free meals to military veterans, first responders and their families this month.
The Elks Lodge, 2121 S. Chadbourne St., will have a breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 16.
The next week, they will host a free lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 23. It will consist of pulled pork, beans, coleslaw, potato salad, desserts, iced tea and water.
The breakfasts are a monthly event held the third Saturday of each month. The lunch is a semi-annual appreciation meal.
The Elks Lodge has a grill and bar open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., except during meetings. Lodge meetings are every first and third Thursday of the month at 7 p.m.
