SAN ANGELO, TX — The City of San Angelo has posted its most recent health inspection scores.

The inspection date is listed in the report. Restaurants are scored from 0 to 100, with higher scores preferable.

Lowest scores in the report:

  • El Paisano #2, 146 S. Bell St. — 67 (Oct. 3, 2025)
  • What Da Pho, 3315 Sherwood Way — 70 (Nov. 14, 2025)
  • Roxie’s Diner, 4609 S. Jackson — 71 (Oct. 21, 2025)
