Passenger Falls Out of Vehicle on Avenue N

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Avenue N was shut down Thursday afternoon while first responders treated a man who fell out of a vehicle.

The incident occurred about 12:50 p.m. when a passenger fell out of a moving car for an unknown reason, according to a traffic officer with the San Angelo Police Department.

The officer stated he was receiving conflicting information about what happened.

The man was lying in the middle of Avenue N, near the intersection with Carlton Way, before he was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Eastbound traffic is currently blocked on Avenue N between Lincoln and Pierce streets, while westbound traffic has been reduced to one lane.
