Three Rescued After Single-Vehicle Crash on I-10 Near Iraan

 

IRAAN, TX — Three people were safely rescued early Monday from a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 10, the Iraan Volunteer Fire Department said. 

Iraan and Sheffield fire departments were dispatched at 5:12 a.m. to mile marker 328 for the accident. Iraan responded with one engine and one firefighter; Sheffield responded with one engine and two firefighters. 

Assisted by Pecos County EMS, the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office, Crockett County Fire and EMS, the Texas Department of Public Safety, Shannon AirMed1, Fort Stockton police, and the Fort Stockton Sheriff’s Office dispatch, crews successfully rescued all three occupants. 

All units cleared the scene without incident and returned to service by 8:06 a.m., according to Chief Druge.
