Pickup Runs Stop Sign, Sends Vehicle Into Yard

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A pickup truck ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle Monday morning, sending the second vehicle into a residential yard, an officer with the San Angelo Police Department said. 

The crash occurred at the intersection of West Avenue N and South Irving Street. A Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ran a stop sign and T-boned a Ford pickup, causing the Ford to spin off the roadway and come to rest in a nearby yard.

The driver of the Ford was transported to a local hospital for precautionary measures regarding past medical history. 

Police issued a citation to the driver of the Chevrolet.
