Gilberto Robledo, 52, of San Angelo, Texas, passed away on September 15, 2026.
Services are pending for a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Gilberto was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend. He was a free-spirited soul who lived life in a way that only he could. His journey included difficult days and struggles that many people may never have fully understood, but it also included moments of love, laughter, family, and memories that will remain with those who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Livrada Robledo; his grandparents, Toribio and Juanita Robledo; and his brother, Roy Robledo.
Gilberto is survived by his children, Michael Escobedo, Alysia Rae Mendoza, and Marcos Castaneda; his brothers and sisters, Henry Robledo and wife Alice, Siria Corley and husband Robert, Rey Robledo and wife Mona, Albert Robledo and wife Carmen, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Although his passing leaves a deep emptiness in the hearts of his family and friends, the memories of Gilberto and the person he was will remain with us.
Rest in peace, Gilberto. Your free spirit will live in our hearts, and you will never be forgotten.
