Critter Shack and Cassie's Place, in partnership with Los Caballos Veterinary Clinic, Prickly Pear Veterinary Hospital, Southside Animal Hospital, San Angelo Veterinary Hospital and River Oaks Veterinary Clinic, will offer low-cost spay/neuter vouchers for dogs and cats for sale.
